Founded in May 2010 as an Oracle ERP-focused technical services company, we spent more than a decade building expertise in enterprise integrations, ERP customizations, and GST compliance for organizations Globally. That experience—understanding how enterprise software operates in real-world environments—became the foundation for our next evolution.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve observed a recurring challenge in enterprise software projects: delays, budget overruns, and inconsistent outcomes. The issue is rarely the technology itself. More often, it is the lack of governance—requirements change without visibility, decisions are not tracked, and accountability becomes unclear.
To address this, we created NaadiOS—an AI-governed enterprise software development platform. Specialized AI agents perform development activities such as code generation, migration analysis, testing, and validation, while human stakeholders retain complete authority over approvals and decision-making. Every action is auditable, every approval is controlled, and every change is traceable.
